SwissCham is delighted to invite you to our webinar on the topic of Chinese E-Commerce IP Protection for SMEs on Wednesday, April 27 on Zoom, in collaboration with Beijing Anti-Infringement and Anti-Counterfeiting Alliance (CAASA).


It is our honor to have our guest speakers Mr. Phileas Feng, Head of Legal & Compliance at Galderma China to give an overview of IP Protection at Chinese online platforms for SMEs. The guest speakers, Wenda Wu, Head of Operation at Douyin E-commerce Beauty Category and Yang Shengzi, Brand Cooperation Director at Douyin E-commerce Intellectual Property Protection, will talk about IP Protection in Cosmetic Industry.


After presentations, you will have the opportunity to exchange points of views with our guest speakers and other attendees in the Sino-Swiss economic sphere.

    Mr.YANG has worked for Taobao Merchant Management, Club Med Asia Pacific Resort PR, Alibaba Intellectual Property Protection Brand Cooperation, and Alibaba Cloud Marketing Department, with more than 10 years of experience in intellectual property protection and public business cooperation, and has led projects with industry influence such as Alibaba Intellectual Property Protection Multinational Roadshow and Alibaba Cloud City Brain Brand Marketing.

    In September 2021, Mr. YANG joined Douyin E-commerce and officially established and responsible for the brand cooperation business. At present, Douyin E-commerce is extensively interacting and cooperating with the intellectual property protection industry through multi-party exchanges and public education projects.
