SwissCham Beijing Regional Annual General Assembly (RAGA) 2023

Dear Members of SwissCham,

We are delighted to invite you to our Regional Annual General Assembly (RAGA) held on March 16, 2023.

The RAGA will be directly followed by the RAGA Election Celebration at capital mansion which is the perfect opportunity to celebrate with the re-elected or newly elected Board Directors, gather with other SwissCham members and friends, as well as enjoy a tasty dinner.

• Regional Annual General Assembly (RAGA) of SwissCham Beijing

SwissCham Beijing members are represented by a Board of Directors (BOD)​ elected every year by the RAGA. Are you interested in becoming a member of the Board of Directors and in contributing to the Chamber? Then please click here​.

As the chamber year is coming to its end, this is the chance for our members to know more about us: to review our activities of 2022/2023, to decide upon financial matters, to agree on the program for 2023/24 and to elect our Board of Directors.

The important assembly requires every voting company member to fill out the proxy and send back the Participation and Proxy Form​ to our General Manager Ms. Vittoria Pesenti, vittoria.pesenti@bei.swisscham.org , before March 10, in order to either confirm your attendance or to delegate your vote to the Board of Director if you cannot attend to it.

The RAGA is reserved to members only. Non-members are all welcome to attend the RAGA election celebration at Capital Mansion following the RAGA.

• National Annual General Assembly (NAGA) in South China

The National Annual General Assembly will take place in South China this year on April 1st, which aims to review SwissCham China's last year performance, to decide upon financials, to elect the new National Board members and to agree to the program and budget for 2023/24.

中国瑞士商会会员全国年会今年将在华南地区举办。会议旨在回顾去年的活动及财务状况，并就2023/24计划达成共识并选举出新一届董事会。

年会仅限会员参加。非会员诚邀您参与之后举行的庆祝晚宴。
