We are happy to host our guest speakers, Ms. Sophie BONNAIRE LAFONT, VP at Center of Competence Talent of Nestlé, who will share initiatives, tactics and challenges on how to attract, build up and retain talent in large size companies and in the digital era, and Ms. Leilei ZHU, HR Business Partner for Electrification at ABB China, who will share her insights on how HR business partner supports the digital transformation of the business.

Sophie BONNAIRE LAFONT
VP at Center of Competence Talent, Nestlé (Zone Greater China)
Sophie Bonnaire Lafont holds a Master in Business Administration and MBA in Human Resources from Paris Dauphine. She is passionate by People development and gathered more than 20 years of Human Resources experience in various international organizations, joining Nestle Group in 2010. French, she also lived & worked in UK, Poland, Italy, Switzerland, before arriving in China in December 2019 to lead the Talent Management of Nestle Greater China Zone.

HR Business Partner for Electrification at ABB China
As ABB China HR Business Partner for Electrification, Leilei joined ABB in 2005 and experienced various HR management role in different business in China. She graduated from University of Manchester with the master degree in HRM. She is passionate of energizing the organization and developing the organization capability to support the success of business. The sharing on ‘How HRBP support the digital transformation of the business’ has won 2020 Excellent Award in Organization development in Asia Pacific Region by HROOT and 2020 Excellence Award in Human Resource Management Strategy in China by 51Job.
