On April 12, 2021, the General Administration of Customs of China (GAC) announced the Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Overseas Producers of Imported Food as GAC Decree 248, which was already entered into force on January 1 this year. This is one of the major changes, which became effective in 2022.

We will present and discuss about further recent changes and share insights about the major hot topics related to customs crossing all industries.

We are happy to host our guest speakers, Ms. Gerri Jiang, ZGC Intermarket Supply Development Manager from Nestlé, as well as Mr. Hongli Wang, Associate Partner, Index Tax - Global Trade from E&Y, who will share their insights on GACC Registration Administration Regulations of Overseas Production Enterprises of Imported Foods (Decree 248) and other selected customs topics.
