We are delighted to invite you to our Regional Annual General Assembly (RAGA) followed by our National Annual General Assembly (NAGA) held on 26 March 2021 at NUO Hotel (Lido).

The RAGA & NAGA will be directly followed by our Swiss Traditional Dinner which is the perfect opportunity to celebrate with the re-elected or newly elected Board Directors, gather with other SwissCham members and friends, as well as enjoy a tasty dinner in an alpine atmosphere!

• Regional Annual General Assembly (RAGA) of SwissCham Beijing

SwissCham Beijing members are represented by a Board of Directors (BOD)​ of eleven, elected every year by the RAGA. As the business year is coming to its end, this is the chance for our members to know more about us: to review our activities of 2020/2021, to decide upon financial matters, to agree on the program for 2021/22 and to elect our Board of Directors.

• National Annual General Assembly (NAGA) of SwissCham China

As the membership year is coming to its end, it is time to review SwissCham China's last year performance, to decide upon financials, to elect the new National Board members and to agree to the program and budget for 2021/22.

The National Board has come up with several changes and proposes to the National General Assembly to agree to these modifications.

The important assembly require every voting company member to fill out and send back the Participation and Proxy Form​ to our General Manager Ms. Daniela Reinau, daniela.reinau@bei.swisscham.orgbefore March 19th, in order to either confirm your attendance or to delegate your vote to the Board of Director if you cannot attend to it.

The RAGA & NAGA is reserved to members only.

中国瑞士商会会员每年由区域年会选举产生的11位董事会（BOD）代表​组成。此次会议为会员提供了了解商会机会：回顾我们在2020至2021年的活动及财务状况，并就2021/22计划达成共识并选举出新一届董事会。

• 中国瑞士商会全国年会（NAGA）

会议旨在回顾中国瑞士商会全国在2020年度的表现，并决定财务状况预算，选举新的全国董事，并通过2021/22的计划和预算。董事会提议并通过相关修改意见。

此次会议需要所有具有投票权的公司会员填写报名表/委任代表投票表格​并于3月19日前发送至总经理Daniela Reinau女士daniela.reinau@bei.swisscham.org以确认您是否出席会议，若不能出席请递交委托书将您的投票权委托给董事会成员代投。

年会仅限会员参加。
